What is the next steps for my Child?
We are fortunate to run along side the club on some nights, meaning the link between us is very strong, If you are wanting to take the next step in your child’s swimming journey we recommend trying our of the Academy group. This is where you will be part as the team and start to progress your skills even further. You will also have to chance to start competing and taking part in competitions as a team.
The Academy group has 2 sessions available. Swimmers at this level are typically 6-9 years old and can already swim 25m of 2-3 recognised swimming strokes without assistance. For optimum progression, parents need to be willing to bring their child to both sessions, where one of our professional coaches will guide the swimmers through important technical instruction and a range of fun activities and aquatic skills.
