Meet the team

Kyle Offer

Kyle Offer

I’ve been immersed in the swimming world for my entire life. My journey began in 2014 when I joined Coventry Swimming Club to pursue competitive swimming. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of achieving several milestones, including consistently qualifying for British Nationals and finishing 4th in the country at the Open Water Nationals in 2022. These experiences have shaped me into the passionate swimmer and coach I am today.

Since 2023, I’ve transitioned to a behind-the-scenes role at Coventry Swim School, where I’ve been gaining invaluable experience in management. In 2024, I was given the exciting opportunity to combine my knowledge of swimming with my leadership skills to help elevate the swim school to new heights.

I am now a Level 3 Swim Teacher and Level 2 Swim Coach. As the Swim School Manager, I’m dedicated to fostering a positive and encouraging environment for both instructors and swimmers. My goal is to empower everyone to reach their full potential, and there’s nothing more rewarding than watching our students grow in confidence and skill.

Together, we’re building a community that promotes health, safety, and – most importantly – fun in the water! I’m excited for the fantastic journey ahead, and I look forward to working with all of you to make this Swim School the best it can be!

I am a Level 2 swimming teacher with over 12 years of experience, specializing in a wide range of programs, including National Curriculum school swimming and Swim England Level 2S lessons. In addition to my teaching role, I serve as a Level 2 coach, training competitive swimmers at the Learning to Train stage of the Athlete Development Support Pathway (ADSP) framework.

I am passionate about teaching children at all stages of their swimming journey, fostering their water confidence and helping them progress toward becoming accomplished swimmers. My aim is to encourage long-term participation in the sport, whether that leads to competitive swimming or water polo.

I firmly believe that swimming is an essential life skill that all children should acquire, as it is the only sport that can significantly enhance safety and save lives when learned properly.

In my spare time, I am dedicated to fitness, often training in the boxing gym or swimming in the pool. On Saturday afternoons, I enjoy supporting Coventry City at their home games, hoping to witness their promotion.
